If you are between the ages of 18-65, work the 3rd shift and feel sleepy during the last half of your shift you may qualify to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational drug for shifterworker disorder.

Participants must:

• Be in good general health
• Work the third shift.
• Experience sleepiness during the last half of your shift.
Plan on working you shift for at least two months.

Qualified participants will receive study related medications at no cost, and may be compensated for time and travel.

Have you or someone you love had a head injury and now suffer from excessive sleepiness as a result? We are doing a study to examine the safety and efficacy of an investigational medicine for those who suffer with this condition.

You may qualify for this study if:

• You are between the ages of 18 and 65 years old
• You have had excessive sleepiness since having a head injury.
• Have had a closed mild to moderate head injury which occurred 1-10 years ago.

That's how your legs may feel if you have Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)-a condition that makes your legs very uncomfortable when sitting or lying the condition can interfere with both sleep and daily activities; this research study is for evaluating a medication for Restless legs Syndrome.

Qualified participants must:

• be At least 18 years of age
• experiencing RLS symptoms
• Have trouble sleeping due to RLS

If you have no problems getting to sleep, but awake multiple times during the night, you might have sleep maintenance insomnia the condition can interfere with both your sleep and daily activities; this research study is evaluating a medication for Sleep Maintenance Insomnia.

Qualified participants must:

• be At least 18 years of age
• Not having trouble falling asleep, but wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep
• Feel a decreased ability in your daytime functioning
