NeuroTrials Research is conducting a new research study examining the effectiveness and efficacy of a new study device for healthy volunteers who commonly feel sleepy throughout the work week. If you sleep well but just wish you could sleep more throughout the week, you may qualify for this study.

The device consists of a headband, headphones, and upper arm band similar to what you might wear while running. It s a non-invasive, portable light weight device designed to stimulate deep slow-wave sleep and thereby reduce daytime sleepiness associated with insufficient sleep or poor perceived sleep quality. The device delivers acoustic stimuli that are calibrated to stimulate slow wave sleep without awakening the user.

Qualified participants receive all study care & study device at no cost. Compensation for time & travel is available for those who qualify.

You may qualify if you:
  • are 21-50 years old
  • work full-time on a regular Monday-Friday schedule
  • get more than 5 hours and less than or equal to 6.5 hours of sleep each night
  • regularly use an alarm clock during the work week
  • are otherwise in good health with no sleep conditions
